Rivington &amp; Sons asks Lord Penrhyn whether he approves of this reinvestment. This is followed by a letter from Sewell and Sons to Lord Penrhyn asking if he would no longer refuse his consent towards this reinvestment for Sir Chas. Rushout.</dc:description>
