The envelope also includes a circular letter from J.H Bodvel-Roberts, Clerk to the Offices of the County Council, Carnarvon with summons to attend a special meeting of the county council to consider the loan given to the Porthmadog, Beddgelert and Snowdon Railway Co. for them to construct a light railway from Porthmadog to Beddgelert. There are also two copies of a leaflet with the minutes of a meeting of the Light Railways Committee for 07 September 1898.</dc:description>
