Lloyd Williams, Henry Edwards and J.M.Jones. Various topics are discussed such as an organist for St. Ann’s chapel, establishing a school for the education of the poor, applications for parish relief, some letters include a request for Lord Penrhyn’s assistance to acquire appointments and employment. There’s also a proposal included relating to dividing the Caernarfonshire militia into four companies.
