They discuss topics such as: a new schoolmaster for Penmachno, setting up a committee representing the parents of children attending national schools, repairs of the Penmachno parish church which is followed by an account of the work to be carried out and a plan of the side of the church with the proposed changes. There are also receipts included, for instance a receipt of Lord Penrhyn giving a subscription and money towards school repairs at Penmachno and there are letters discussing the subscription towards the wages of the resident lay reader at Cwm.</dc:description>
