<dc:title>Terms of an award made by Henry ap Ieuan Lloyd and John Parkynson upon differences that had arisen between Robert [Robart] Wynne of Conway and Owen Wynne, co. Denbigh, over the proper division of the rents and profits of the rectory of Eglwysrhos.</dc:title>
<dc:description>It was only the day before the award that the parties had entered into a bond of £200 to observe its terms when published. The profits of Eglwysrhos were doomed to be bones of contention ( see Cal. Wynn Papers [Gwydir], 479 and other references, beginning with the year 1608). Robert Wynne of Conway is almost certainly R.W. of Plas Mawr ( it was he who built it about twenty years before).</dc:description>
