Lease for six months, under the statute of Uses, of Tyddyn y Ty Hen alias Tan'rallt, township of Bottan, parish of Llanfachraeth, also the closes and parcels of Tyddyn y Go in Bottan, and all other messuages and lands held by the lessor in the county of Anglesey - by John Parry of Caerdegog to William Jones the younger of Plas Gwyn. It was Jane, the daughter and heiress of this younger W.J. who brought Plas Gwyn to the first Paul Panton by her marriage to him in 1756. 3 April 1718
