All these in exchange for Pen y Cnwc, now in the tenure of Grace Bold, and a parcel of land close to Ffynnon Gradivel, and adjoining the turbary of Cae Mair and the land of Arthur ap Richard Griffith. Not, to all appearance, a very good bargain to J. ap R. ap W., remembering the £30 consideration 19 September 1609
