Lease for six months, under the statute of Uses, of Tir Person Arthur in the parish of Pentraeth [part of the possessions of the late Dr John Arthur] to William Jones of Plas Gwyn The lessors were Frances Peers of Lisburn, Co. Antrim, widow [one of Dr Arthur's daughters], Meredith Workman of Maghan, Co. Armagh [the attorney of the 1699 doct.] and Mary his wife [another daughter of Dr John Arthur], James Gardiner of Dublin, clothier, eldest son and heir of Elizabeth, another daughter, and Joanna his wife. This lease covers three parts of the estate out of the four 16 February 1701 - 1702
