  <dc:title>Letter from ? to ?.</dc:title>
<dc:description> There is a great deal of wrong being done to whom the letter was sent at the port of Bangor daily. Concerns shipping complaints. Captain of a cargo ship demanded extra payment because the cargo was 4 tonnes over. Payment refused, then when the captain threatened to turn back the money was immediately paid. As a consequence he refuses to ever take a load from Bangor again.</dc:description>
