  <dc:title>Llangwnadl Estate</dc:title>
<dc:description>The union of the Penllech, Llangwnadl (Caernarvonshire) and the Hirdrefaig (Anglesey) families in the 17th century accounts for this estate.
A number of papers arising out of the litigation action regarding succession occur here, and in addition, the rentals of the Llangwnadl and the Berthaur estate in 1716 and that of the Llangwnadl, Penllech and Hirdrefaig estates from 1775 to 1781.
It is interesting to note that these actions are those in which William Bulkeley of Brynddu was interested, and Langford, probably, was the "Irishman" he inveighed against so often.</dc:description>
