Authority from Nicholas Turner and Henrietta Turner, his wife, to Tomkyns Dew and Mathew Duane, esqrs., to sell and transfer so much of a sum of £5000 4% consolidated Bank Annuities which was transferred to the said Dew and Duane upon trust by the Marriage Settlement of the said Nicholas and Henrietta as will raise the sum of £1,076. 19. 6. to pay Nicholas Kempe and Ann his wife their share of the estate of Mrs. Ann Meriton, deceased. 17 January 1765
