Agreements by Sarah Kenrick and Elizabeth Eppelein, formerly Kenrick, to pay to Miss Lydia Kenrick on 6 months' notice, £41; also that interest at 5% shall be deducted from S K's and E E's respective shares of the annual rents of the Wynn Hall estate on the said £41 by Wm.
