Note that Josep [sic.] Lee, Senior of Red Brook, purchased at the auction sale of John Kenrick's furniture at Whitchurch, co. Salop, a pair of silver candlesticks for the use of John and Sarah Kenrick [the latter is the note's signatory] for life and thereafter to be the property of their daughter Sarah. An added note reads : "The above candlesticks were left to Sarah Savage Kenrick by her aunt Sarah Kenrick who died 21 September 1852". This is signed by S. Kenrick at Wynn Hall. 5 May 1794 and post 1852
