Lease in perpetual fee farm of tenements and lands in the township of Duynant in the hundred of Issalett, co. Denbigh, in breadth between the highway leading from the church of Llansannan towards the town of Denbigh on the one side, and the lands of William Salusbury called ye meaney and the lands of Thomas ap Jankyn ap David on the other side, together with half a parcel of land called fryth tythyn y goe and half a parcel called Dole y gyvelley in the township of Arlloid in the said hundred. Consideration : £8. 10s. Fee farm rent: 6s. 8d. p.a. payable to the heirs of Ievan ap Rees ap Grono and 8s. 1d. sterling to the said Grono together with a goose at Christmas.
