Gift of a tenement called y ty yn y graig and two parcels of land belonging thereto lying between the common land and the way leading from the township of Carnethwen towards a well called ffynnon y kyf; three other parcels lying in a place called quetgyer garneth, the first of which lies between the lands of Rees ap Llewelyn ap Kenkyn and the lands of Hugh ap Gruffith ap Howell, the second lies between the lands of the said Rees, the lands of John ap Llewelyn ap Kenkyn and the lands of the said Hugh ap Gruffith, and the third parcel lies between the lands of the said Rees on both sides and at both ends; one other close called pant y graig lying between the said common land and the lands of 1., and in length from the said way leading from ffynnon y kyf towards a place called rryd y mayngwyn as far as the lands of Henry ap Llewelyn ap Jenkyn; and all those other parcels of land called erowe belan, y marianey and quetgie bychann lying together between the said way leading from ffynnon y kyf towards rryd y maengwyn and the lands of John ap David ap Rees and the said Henry ap Llewelyn, and in length from the way leading from the dwelling house of Simon ap Ithell towards rryd y maengwyn as far as the wood of 1. called y coed vcha; and one other parcelof land called yrerow groynog lying between the lands of the said Simon on both sides and in length from the lands of the said John ap Llewelyn as far as the lands of Robert ap John ap David, all in Carnethwen.
