| Disgrifiad | Lease in fee farm of all the said Robert's lands and tenements in the township of Carwedvenyth in the commote of Isalet within the lordship of Denbigh from the lands called ...yran of the east side to the lands of the said William called Dryll y gorlan of the west side, and from the lands of David ap Grono ap David of the north side to the house of the said William of the south side; also, two parcels of land in the aforesaid township, the first of which lies in breadth between the way leading from [the town of Denbigh?] to the town of Conway on the one side, and the lands of Gruffudd ap Rys ap Robyn of the other side, and in length between the lands of ...Robert ap Hoell at both ends; and the second parcel lies in breadth between a place called Gweirgloth hir (?) of the one side and the lands of Gruffudd ap Rys ap Robyn of the other side, and in length between the lands of the said Gruffudd ap Rys of the one end and the lands of the said Robert ap Hoell of the other end.
Fee farm rent:
4s. 6d. sterling.
