Attached is a copy memorandum of an exchange dated 7th February 1866 whereby 2 above and Capt. Wynne of Nerquis Hall mutually agree to exchange certain shooting rights. This memorandum notes that the arrangement is to continue until 5th April 1872 and cancels the lease referred to above and dated 23rd February 1858. |
