Devises his messuage and tenement called Ffrith Lom, with a cottage called Pwll terfyn, both in the parish of Eglwysfach, with the parlour and the room above it at Gwern Howell, to his mother Margaret Hughes alias Davies for the term of her life, together with the liberty to dig peat in a field called Ffrith Ddu. Devises the reversion of a messuage called Havod y gynan in Garthgarmon in the parish of Llanrwst to his friends John Humphreys of Rydlanfer and John Owen of Pencraig, co. C'von gentn. After enumerating many other bequests, appoints his mother executrix.
