Some interesting place-names like Tyddyn y Talwried, Cae'r Dro, Tyddyn Owen Hugh, Tyddyn Griffith Vaughan, Perth y Costrele, Tyddyn Rees David ap Pellyn, Tyddyn y Pandy, Tyddyn y Barcdy, Tyddyn Ifan Dyliniwr and [most interesting of all] y Dalar Hir, where the battle of Llandegai was reputed to have been fought 26 years later [1648], with the unhorsing and capture of Sir John Owen of Clenennau as one of its chief incidents. Evan Lloyd always signs as Ieuan.
