Dorse: Provisions that the said Tuder ap Grono or his heirs shall not sell the lands mentioned to any other person but to the said Rees Gruffith or his heirs, and that it shall be lawful for the said Rees and his heirs to enjoy the chapel of Saint Curig built on the said lands, and to have the gifts and presentations of the same at his pleasure.
