Teitl | Grant and confirmation by Henry Hokys (Hookes) of Conway, to John Maistson of Nantwich (Wicus Malbanus) of three messuages, one toft, 32 acres of land, and 4 acres of wood in the town of Caernarvon and the franchises thereof, which messuages and lands he lately had of the gift and feoffment of Thomas Sorsby, son and heir of Hugh de Sorsby and Agnes his wife; in perpetuity of the chief lord of the fee.
