TeitlGrant by William Coetmor, gent., David Moythey, clerk, and Rees Griffith, esq., to William Roberts, clerk, of one house called the Smithy House in Bangor 'together with a garden adjoining now in the tenure of Roger ap Gruffith ap Richard and extending in length from the corner of the said house to the orchard called Garth Cowte y Mêl; and a parcel of waste land extending in breadth from the Smithy House to the lands of Madoc Gloddaith now in the tenure of Nicholas Brickdale of Conway, and in length, from the King's highway leading towards Caernarvon, to the orchard called Garth Cowte y Mêl.
