DisgrifiadComprehensive clauses covering maintenance and reparation of premises, painting wood-work, and especially over the use and control of post-horse between the Capel Curig stage and Ty'nymaes for inspection of the quarries at Ogwen Bank or Pen Isa'r Nant. References to old stables and new ones lately errected and to a "new cottage intended to be erected and built near the turnpike road".

AdminHistoryRobert Hughes became curate of Capel Curig in 1797 (A. Ivor Pryce:Hist.Dioc., ii, 45]. On the dorse is a full inventory of the furniture at Capel Curig Inn at the time of the aforesaid agreement. In 5 Nov., 1822, some variation was made in the aforesaid agreement, especially touching upon greaterfreedom being given to R.H. to extend the activities of the post-horses from Ty'nymaes to Bangor Ferry, at a cost of £100 a year additional rent.
