DisgrifiadLease to the three latter upon "all manner of mines veins seams pipes and beds of copper lead calamine or other ore or minerals", opened or to be opened, within or under the farms of Dolawn, ceuant, and Pen Isa'r Nant, parishes of Llandegai and Llanllechid [the area is carefully de-limited on a map on the dorse]; power given to raise turf for smelting, and set up all the necessary apparatus for successful mining; several provisions for safeguarding the interests of the lessor, who was to receive as a reserved rent every one-fourth part of the ore raised or produced, and also one-fourth share of an ore smelted from minerals containing certain proportions of sulphur or arsenic; term, 21 years.
