Gift of one burgage lying between the burgage which was formerly of Master Thomas de Esthalle on one side and the burgage which was formerly of James … (name blotted out) on the other side; one cartilage lying near le Rounde table on the western side; another cartilage lying between the land which was formerly of the said Thomas de Esthalle and the land of William de Wolleye; 10 acres of land likewise lying near Coytalen next to the land of William de Shaldeforde; and 5 acres of land lying between the land of the said William and the land which was of Henry de Ellerton, all in the town and fields of Caernarvon, being land which Roger de Pykestoke gave to Margery formerly the wife of John de Leybourne; and 15 acres of land in the fields of Caernarvon lying on the south side of the water of Seynt between the land of Richard of Purthely on one side and the land of the same Margery in width and extending from the land of William de Shaldeforde to le Comun Heth, being land which Alice daughter of Henr' de Ellerton gave to the said Margery
