Lease for the lives of the parties named at no.2 above of a plot lying between the plot of William Gruffyth Esq., on the Northern side towards the high cross of the town of Bangor and the plot of David ap glyb on the southern side in the stret or highway leading toward Caernarvon, in Bangor. The said plot after the deaths of Edward and Eua is to revert to the Chantry of St. Catherine in Bangor Cathedral, and to the use of the Chaplain for the time being.
