Lease for 40 years from the feast of All Saints, 1491, of a tenement called y tyddyn dv and a close called Rosegelynnyn, and a great orchard, all lying between the lands of Ieuan ap Gwellym ap Res and a lane which leads to the lands of the lord dean in breadth; and from the highway to the river tarannon, in length Rent : 15s 2d per annum payable by equal portions at the feast of SS Philip and James, and at All Saints.
