Gift of all those lands, tenements etc. formerly of Lawrence Perkynson in Caernarvon, namely all the lands, tenements etc. lying between the plot of no.1 on the northern side and the ditch of Caernarvon Castle on the southern side, abutting at one end on the eastern side upon the tenement formerly of Elene Porter, and abutting at the other end, on the western side, upon the king's highway leading to the gate of the said castle
