Mortgage in the name of "tir prid" ("ad firnnam de prid") for an initial term of 4 years commencing at the feast of the Annunciation of the Feast of the BVM, 22 Henry VII (1507), and subsequently for quadrennial periods of a tenement land and houses called y park and other parcels of land called y bryngolev, pant sgalloc and Erwvanrith, Erw Wastat and Erw Rwnge y ddevlwyn, Erw hir and tere y gwair, llwyn y march with arable land lying in that parcel, along with an "erw" of land lying Dan y Plas and being annexed to the said tenement in Nant y Raglaw, all in the township of Esgorebrill in the Commote of Vghdulas and Lordship of Denbigh
