Additionally included is a circular letter from the past president of sanitary engineer with details of a report of the exiting Bangor water supply made by Mr Gill, the borough surveyor and waterworks manager. This is followed by a copy Bill by the Bangor Local Board ‘to acquire the undertaking of Bangor water and gas Co. and to supply the parishes of Bangor, Llandegai and Llanllechid with water and the parishes of Bangor and Llandegai with gas and for other purposes 41 & 42 Victoria Session 1878’. |
