| Disgrifiad | This collection of 8 folders contains various letters and many versions of Preliminary Schedules for improvements to woodlands, additions to or alterations in buildings including special repairs to the fixed equipment of agricultural holdings,additions to or alterations to non-agricultural buildings and general repairs of fixed equipment at Penrhyn estate paid for by the Tenant-for-Life. These being for the years ended 31st March 1964, 31st March 1965, 31st March 1966,,31st March 1967, 31st March 1968, 31st March 1969 and 31 March 1970. Some folders also include various documents such as a document with details of the improvement costs, costs of maintenance, repairs and renewals for Corbi Farm, 5 Tan Lon, Wern Fawr, 4 Hendurnpike and 6 Gambier Terrace. Many Schedules in these folders are also accompanied with several handwritten drafts of the schedules. |
