This report is a product of a survey conducted by Charles Powis and Thomas Rogers to give a general account of the state of the buildings on Penrhyn estate and estimate cost for repair. Under the entries for each farm, cottage and small tenement in each parish are the names of the premises, the tenant and rent, a description of the buildings state and estimated costs for repair. There are also summaries of costs relating to each parish. |
