| Disgrifiad | This folder contains various correspondence and documents that relate to the purchase of Penrhyn Quarry shares by Marchwiel Holdings Limited between 5th of November 1964 and the 13th of May 1966. This includes many administrative letters from solicitors and accountants such as Frere,Cholmeley and Nicholsons, Carter Vincent & Co, and Whinney, Smith & Whinney. The topics discussed in this folder are, various firm’s fees, council fees, price of shares, tenancy agreements for Ty Newydd and Port Penrhyn Office, interim profit, remuneration, method of transferring shares and water from the River Ogwen.
