Interesting topics that arise in this collection are, correspondence relating to the Lord Mayor’s fund for Czechoslovakia refugees, correspondence and notices relating to the Girls’ Friendly Society Pageant to be held at the Royal Albert Hall on the 1st of July 1931 and also discussions of co-ordinating various women and girls organisations in order to meet the needs arising through the war conditions. |
