If his wife, who is with child, has a daughter, he gives it the like possession, but if it is manchild, then gives to him and his heirs forever one moiety of his estate. Bequeaths the other moiety to his son Edward and his heirs. He bequeaths to his son Edward, halfe of his estate both real and personal, also 10 mares and 10 ?Carves and if his wife has a daughter, gives him the other moiety.
Makes Edward his son and Elizabeth his wife the executors of the will. |
