DisgrifiadTestator bequeaths £500 to his daughter Eve Lewis and £300 p.a. for life (in lieu of dower) the house in which he now dwells and the following house negroes, Phillis Cookroom, Betty and her children, Catherina Moll and her children, Coachman Jack and Charles to his wife Margaret Andrease. He also leaves one mutton a week during her widowhood, his "Guilt Coach", a set of horses and harness, her own riding horse together with all hise plate, jewels, household stuff and a negro woman called Old Maria and her two children. The rest of his real and personal estate he leaves to his daughters Elizabeth Woodstock and Magdalen Hodges, share and share alike. He nominates his wife as his executrix.
