Disgrifiad | Testator bequeaths £10 each to Elizabeth, Mary, Smart and Sarah Pennnat and £20 each to their parents Edward and Elizabeth Pennant. He also leaves £100 each to Ann, Elizabeth and Mary Allen the daughters of Jacob Allen. He leaves his chariot, two negro men called Jespee and Kent and the sum of £300 p.a. for life to his wife Judith Lewis. Should his wife be with child he then leaves his real and personal estate in the parish of St. Elizabeth to that child. He leaves the rest of his real estate to his son John but if he should die withour issue before the age of 21 then he leaves his real estate to his wife for the term of her life and then to John the second son of Edward Pennant for ever. If his wide is not with child at his death and if his son John dies before reaching the age of 21 then he leaves his real estate in the parish of St. Elizabeth to Jacob Allen son of Jacob Allen. He leaves £20 to his sister Elizabeth Widri… and names his son John Lewis as his executor, and Edward Pennant and [Thomas] Peters executors in trust and guardians of his son.
