Disgrifiad | Testator orders that 2 parcels of land lying to "windward" in the parish of St. Thomas in the East and another parcel in the parish of Vere are to be sold by his executors and the proceeds used to pay off his debts. Any overplus is to be used to improve his estate. He also orders that any of his negroes who are "stubourn or guilty of Running away" are to be transported or disposed of. He leaves his wife the choice of his riding horses and a side saddle and all his household goods. He bequeaths 2 negroes called Fibah and Minibato to his daughter Susanna Clarke and 2 other negroes called Benabah and Cubah to his daughter Elizabeth Clarke. He leaves his "Penn of Cattle together with their Increase, excepting the Bull calves" to his daughters. He also makes bequests to his sons Charles Clarke, Henry Clarke, Peter Clarke and Daniel… (part of will missing) He names… Pennant, Alger Pestell and William Townsend as his executors (P)"
