Lloyd had already explained the necessity of the steps taken. A.Wyatt attacked him for poisoning Lord Penrhyn's mind, and on the other hand he had been attacked by Mr.Francis for his undue interference. Believes he is being used as a scape-goat. Was not senior to, or responsible for Mr.J.Francis. Has always endeavoured to follow Lord Penrhyn's wishes and arranegments, and he is unwilling to bear the blame when it is unjustly put upon him. |
