Disgrifiad | Refers to the will of the late Miss Sarah Kenrick, who had a life interest in the bulk of the estate of her late sister Mary. Mr Kenrick of Wynn Hall, the said S.K.'s executor, wishes to close his account with the legatees. A large part of the estate of the said S K consists of shares, the value of which fluctuates daily, and it is impossible to specify their value exactly; at recent rates, however, the whole property will not realize enough to pay the legacies. These latter will have to be ratably abated, unless legatees choose to waive or delay conversion of the shares. Now requires to know L K's wishes, as interested party. |
