Description | (i) A list of about 214 names of knights and their blazons (ii) Three separate lists of the names of nobles, banneretes and bachelors who were killed or taken prisoner at the battle of Boroughbridge, 16/17 March 1322 (a) The names of the nobles (who were against the King killed at the battle of Boroughbridge on teh Tuesday and the Wednesday after the Feast of St. Gregory in the fifteenth regnal year of King Edward son fo King Edward (b) Bannerets taken prisoner at Boroughbridge and elsewhere (at the same time) (c) Bachelors (who were against the King) taken prisoner at Boroughbridge. The last part of this list gives the names of those Bachelors who were either drawn and hanged or surrendered to the King, or fled overseas.
