Richard Hughes Williams was the vicar of Llandrygarn and Bodwrog, Anglesey, 1864-1877; rector of Llansadwrn, 1877-1891; and rector of Llanfaethlu and Llanfwrog, 1891 until his death 25 May 1903. He was the son of the Rev. John Williams, rector of Rhoscolyn and grandfather of the depositor, Mr. Kyffin Williams of London and Llansadwrn.
