Gift of twelve butts of land in the township of Alyncton lying in the hamlet called Almor, five of which lie together in breadth between the land of Madoc ap Iorwerth ap Ieuaf and the land of the Earl of Arundell, and extend in length from the land of the said earl as far as the ditch ('fossam') of Wernhemlys; three lie together in breadth between the land of Madoc ap Iorwerth ap Ieuaf and the ditch of Coyd Hoell, and extend in length from the land of the said Madoc as far as the said ditch of Wernhemlys; two lie together in breadth between the land of the heirs of Madoc Gogh of Alinor on both sides, and extend in length from the escheat land of the said earl as far as the river of De;
one lies in breadth between the land of Ithel Sone (?) and the land of the heirs of Eignion ap Iorwerth ap Oweyn, and extends in length from the land of the said Ithel Sone (?) to the said escheat land; and the last butt lies in a place called Ethlayben between the land of the said Ithel Sone and the land of the said earl, and extends in length from the land of the said earl as far as.....[doct. defective].
