the watercourse of Briniskib and Lleweny in Lleweny, co. Denbigh;
one messauge, one toft, 30 acres of land, 12 acres of meadow and 40 acres of pasture in Lleweny and an auual rent of 5s. issuing out of a burgage in the town of Denbigh; one rood of land in Henllan called yr Ard;
a capital messuage, cottage and toft, 100 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 20 acres of pasture, 5 acres of wood and 30 acres of furze and heath in Henllan, Altvaynan and Lleweny, called Henry Salisburies Lands; 2 messuages, one cottage, 10 acres of land and 10 acres of pasture in Henllan;
30 acres of land and 15 acres of pasture in Leghred, Llaniwith and Altvaynan;
4 messuages, 2 cottages, one barn, 100 acres of land, 30 acres of meadow, 60 acres of pasture and 30 acres of furze and heath in Penthrin, Dulas, Tre yr Gwryche, Albergeley, Kegidogg, alias St George, Towyn, Bodeggwall, Bodorryn, Henrey Gyda dn Gorsse, co. Denbigh;
the manor or farm of Asterott, alias Canons Asterott, alias Astrodd Cannon, in the commote of Kinmerch, co, Denbigh;
and the following lands in co. Flint;
6 messuages, 50 acres of land, 12 acres of meadow, 30 acres of pasture, 4 acres of wood and 40 acres of furze and heath in Trelan and Nannerch;
all which premises are in the King's hands by the minorities of Alathea and Eleanor Panton, the King's esq., deceased.
To hold from 12 March 1618/1619, the day on which John Panton died, during the minorities of his daughters.
