Gift of l's share of a piece of land called dryll yr Aber in the said township of Penwern, lying between le Camdyr and le nant, and extending from the share of Atha ap David to Wern tangwistell ("tang'stell"); a measure of 1 acre of l's holding in Wern gregan; and a small parcel of land lying amid the lands of Edden' Gam, and extending from the Llangollen road to the lands of Ieuan ap Madoc ap David.
