Mortgage ('tir-prid') for an initial term of 3 years from the feast of St Michael, 1344, and thereafter for quadreenial periods, of 1's share of land in Cayheylyn and Baghe with part of a meadow lying next to le Camdyr, in Penwern (consideration - 9/-); an acre of land called erw roydry lying amid the lands of Edden' Gam, with another piece of meadowland adjoining (consideration - 5/-; and 1 acre of land called erw er feyrzot [sic] lying also amid the lands of the said Edden' Gam (consideration - 40d.,)
