Feoffment of a moiety of a messuage or tenement and appurtenances in Pengwern where the said Mathewe formerly dwelt; closes in Pengwern called y kae dan y Tu, y Coppie, y Berllan, yr hen ardd, yr Erow dan y bwth, kae miler and kae issa yn y mynydd; a close in Llangollen Vechan called yr Erow issa, and the purpart of the said Mathews in a close in Bachey, co. Denbigh, called Erow scriben. To the following uses:
the closes called y kae dan y Ty, y Coppie and y Berllan in Pengwern, and yr Erw issa in Llangollen Vechan, to the use of the said William ap Mathewe and his heirs for ever; and the moiety of the said messuage or tenement and all the other premises whereof no use is raised or limited to W. ap M., to the use of the said John Mathewe and his heirs for ever. |
