| Description | 1. Sir Robert Williames, Bart, on behalf of himself and of (a) Frances Lloyd, widow, an infant, late wife and administratrix of the goods and chattels of Robert Lloyd, Esq, dec'd, and eldest daughter of the said Sir R.W; (b) Richard Lloyd, Esq, an infant, only son and heir of the said late R.Ll.
2. Edward Ravenscroft and Lewis Owen, Esqs: and Dame Mary Conwy, widow.
Articles of agreement
(i) that I will withdraw a certain appeal against 2 in the estate of Sir Richard Lloyd, Kt, dec'd and will grant quiet possession thereof to 2;
(ii) that I will discharge 2 from all covenants, etc, attendant upon the marriage settlement of the said Frances with the said late Robert;
(iii) the said Francis annd Richard will relinquish all their right and title to and in the estate of the said late R.L
(iv) 2 will pay to them the sum of £1,350; etc.
