TitleGrant in perpetuity by William de Preston, then a miller in the town of Bala, to John de la Hyde, forester of North Wales, of half a burgage in the said town with all appurtenances and lying between the burgage of Thomas de Puleston on the one side and the burgage of belonging to John ap Jenkin on the other, and extending in length from the main street to the road which runs towards the chapel.
