Accompanying these are two papers whch contain the sentence decreed by Dr Rowland Thomas, as vicar-general to the Bishop of Bangor, that the libel of Archdeacon Meyrick was not sustained, and that he himself was ordered to keep "perpetual silence" on the matter (23 March, 1577-8). |
